The arrangement was spot on, the hotels were exactly what we expected to be like, the drivers too were very cooperative and helpful, always on time. The transport facility too was excellent, we were able to fit all the luggage easily and the ride too was comfortable. Special call out to Manisha ma'am as she was the one I was in touch with the most right from booking to the completion of my tour. She was always there to assist me and with a big smile on her face. I remember having dialled Kunal ji several times late in the evening as well as early morning but he was always available and out issues were resolved immediately. But we are delighted by our coordinator mr kunal singh. Darjiling 2days enough to visit not.much to see. Toy train waste of. money and time because its only inside city which covers surrounded by hotels and trainage. These are all. inputs The arrangement made by Mr kunal is excellent . any issues and any time.he will be ready ro resolve mainly driver issues. The travel plan suggestions were good, the contact person mr kunal singh is excellent service, kind in nature and support given during entire trip till departure is superb. ravangala park is very nice .

Which I mostly like whenever we have little issues they solve with less time. With all the experience we would choose unexplored travel for our future trip. Help to change the itinerary before our journey date due to route permission. Help us to check with owner where they have some discrepancy.

This would allow us to directly communicate with the driver in case of any queries or changes to the schedule, making the process more efficient and stress-free. 2) Clear Communication for Sunday Trips: During our Sunday trip, we faced some confusion .To avoid any issues regarding cab payments or service, I suggest ensuring clear communication for trips on Sundays or any day when the office might be closed. It would be great if there were a designated contact person or an emergency number we could reach out to in case of any concerns, particularly regarding payments or service-related matters.
